Founders Room- on the second floor of Purina Event Center. Dinner includes a commemorative glass.
5:45pm Doors open (cash bar). Buffet dinner service begins at 6:15pm.
Buffet Meal Menu:
- Harvest Garden Salad (croutons on the side) & Dinner Rolls
- Braised Beef Brisket (GF)
- Pan Seared Chicken Breast with Classic Mornay Sauce (GF)
- Whole Roasted Petite Potatoes
- Haricot Verts (Petite Green Beans)
- Assorted desserts
- A quinoa stuffed mushroom “plated” dinner is also available upon request.
- Coffee, tea and water and a Cash Bar
Tickets are limited to 240 people and will be available until September 9th, 2025, or until all tickets are sold.
The Parade of Titleholders will be held following the Welcome Dinner downstairs in the conformation area.
